The absolute best fruit pizza!
Pillisbury Sugar Cookie dough makes this recipe super simple and great to make with the kids. You get a soft and sweet cookie crust, topped with cream cheese and Cool Whip frosting, and then finish by adding your family's favorite fruit toppings.
I love using my Pampered Chef baking wearing when making this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1 large roll of sugar cookie dough, brand of choice
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 small tub cool whip
Fruit of choice
How to:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray a pizza pan with oil and spread dough out into a circle shape. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
In a bowl, use a mixer to combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold into cool whip. Spread the cool whip and cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled cookie crust. Top with fruit. TIP* - Line your pizza pan with parchment paper to easily remove from the pan. Place pan on parchment paper, trace, and cut to size. Spray with Baker's Joy before rolling out the cookie crust.
